From the moment you get in touch the office will start triaging your fault. They will then relay with the attending engineer to ensure they are prepared with the knowledge and spares to fix your appliance.

Our price promise - only one labour fee is paid. When you pay for your call out charge you will not be charged for a second labour fee when additional visits are required.
